What in your opinion is infecting us ?

I think that Ra is referring to the social constructs inherent in our modern culture. As they stated, they cannot effectually discern the distortions of our societal mind/body/spirit complex.

Essentially, it would an infringement for them to tell us what is specifically distorted in our perceptual and conceptual complexes. If we notice a distortion/illusion and ask about it, they can respond in kind, but they cannot infringe on our learning process because it would override our free will to discover these distortions for ourselves. Thus, they cannot suggest the most illuminating questions to ask else they are robbing us of the opportunity to notice or learn.
