You spin your hand? Would you mind explaining? ^^

Well yeah you can spin any part of your body to utilize your personal energy. Or you can pull in any other energies combined with your personal energy. You can also do this with your mind only.

What I am talking about is creating structures that utilize vortex action to do its work. After a little testing, I can use one of my tools to create a lasting (permanent) vortex in 4 minutes. A vortex can act similar to an energy anchor. This means I can link energies to particular areas and choose which energies I want connected to the vortex that I anchor. (more of the arc concept)

I continue to find insight into what I do, on top of the info that comes from the etheric.
