Yes, I'm afraid I don't have any concrete answers for you. The only sources were the aforementioned DW and BF, both of which sound like they could be at least partially correct, but their over-enthusiastic personalities turn me off since I too can be over enthusiastic. So I just decided not to mention them unless someone else brought it up. I also may have heard mention of it in some other random channeled material that was more recent that resonated with me.
