I've pondered this same question. My conclusion is that we have 7 bodies in each density, mirroring the system of 7's down and down.

I am assuming that the green ray body (or astral body) is the thing that does Out-of-Body experiences, and can 'roam' the astral version of the real world and get actual data (like flying up through the floors of a hospital, and report back on what they saw at the time. Many corroborated accounts of this).

also note that these bodies are DIFFERENT from the Dual-Activated Bodies of the Crystal Children. They have an Activated 4th Density True Color Green body. That is to enable them to do 4th Density work while the photon from our Sun is shifting from 3d to 4d frequencies in this time. They are truly walking between two worlds.
