Why? Because symbols penetrate directly into our minds, bypassing our conscious attention and embed themselves into the unconscious. So we are influenced by these attractive symbols without our conscious knowledge or assent. It's pretty insidious when you think about it. It's so subversive, in fact, that the Illuminati use it constantly to bombard our consciousness with their symbols of compliance and control, often putting their messages in plain sight without our being aware of its influence.
