Good find, Duncan. I felt certain that the US secret space program had starships capable of interstellar travel, and that we had one or more bases on the moon. But I don't know what the relationship is like between the US and the aliens on the moon - it may involve some friction which would complicate matters....
I believe that, if feasible, the US has bases on Mars as well. And it seems clear that the ETs have underwater bases as there have been many sightings of craft entering into and emerging from the ocean and even deep lakes; but I didn't suspect that the elite also had this capability.
Bases in the sky?? Mini-space stations? Motherships? Wow... I knew the elite had some far out technology but still it's a little staggering to think they have all that...and more.
To be fair to Don, the idea that the moon may be an artificial construct was only first articulated in 1970 by two Russian scientists. Then in 1975, Don Wilson began researching the moon and its anomalies when he discovered the spaceship moon theory - he published two books discussing the theory, in '76 and '79. But even then, the notion seemed so outlandish that no one seemed to take it seriously. But as the consciousness of the planet continued to accelerate higher, and more channels and contactees corroborated the theory, the idea is finally entering into widespread awareness. Astronomers and scientists still dismiss the theory - they are controlled by the money power to stick to the agreed upon agenda - they are forbidden to consider the idea of ET existence. This taboo is breaking down, but disclosure will not come until it suits the agenda.
Another cool book is Alternative 3 by Leslie Watkins. It's about the secret space program and how the elite are kidnapping groups of people to be slave laborers in the colonies, primarily the moon and Mars - they call these groups, "batch consignments". It's a pretty amazing little book and reads like a spy thriller although it was originally aired on UK tv as a serious science program, not fiction - but there was so much uproar that it was labeled a hoax and everyone went back to work and their meaningless lives....

I first read Wilson's books circa 1990 after finding them in a used bookshop. I've been fascinated by the idea ever since. But this is the age where all secrets shall be revealed and a new world can emerge upon the shambles of the old....
