Nearly all of these have happened to me in the last few years. That increased nail growth aspect is really strange; I have to clip my toenails once a week instead of once a month like I used to.
The most exciting aspect for me has been awareness of, and contact with, non-human (or deceased human) entities. In the past 5 years I have had contact of some sort with ghosts, orbs, Pleiadians, Grays, shadow-beings, future humans, my guardian angel, you name it (no reptilians though). Life is richer in many ways.
One thing you might add to the list is the remembering of "past" lives; a number of us seem to be experiencing this. I also notice, that during dreaming, I am with increasing frequency, journeying to other realms of reality, to help trapped souls ascend, or at least improve their situations. This has been happening 3 or 4 times a week lately.
