So in an effort to deal with her own discomfort and ease her mind of these worries, she'd rather assign a deeper meaning to them to dissuade her own doubts then, I see what you're saying. However, I do think she meant well in creating this list. At first I thought she received some sort of channeled confirmation that yes, all these things, while being nothing out of the ordinary for our existence, is occurring at a much more frequent rate because we are undergoing Ascension; although, if that were the case I'm sure there would've been a Ra or a Q'uo session in which they would state this all.
If people do come across the list, and it does resonate with them in some way or another and it acts as a springboard for them to move forward or resolve some internal worry, then that's great. Unfortunately, due to her 'shoehorning' of these things, the individuals who took guidance from this list might not go very far with it, or perhaps they'll find themselves in a rut when they give up fixing any issue they're facing noted in that list and just leave it up to some intangible metaphysical reason for why they can't solve this or that problem.
