Zen, I was thinking of trading you a good grounding mp3 that my hypnotist made for me, but realized I don't need to be traveling in my mind into other realms. I need more work to ground myself in this reality. I'm not sure what condition I have, but it makes it difficult to stay grounded. A continually expanding mind needs to be able to contract as well.
