Not sure if it's been mentioned in this thread yet but just today I was listening to a talk Bashar gave on the nature of time and frequency. It's just a short one I found on a Youtube playlist and it's called "Frequency and Time". Now having been puzzled for years by the fact higher dimensions do not experiencing time, after listening to Bashar I get the feeling they do experience time, but can manipulate it somewhat. It's not as linear as we experience it. It's very difficult to describe.
