How is that done again? Remote viewing. I've tried. Read a few books. I got nothing.

I'm learning myself, so I cannot offer anything else that the books will have taught you already.

A simple process: meditate to still the mind, think of a location with the intent of viewing it; see what comes - write/draw anything and everything that comes through. Many people use longitude and latitude references. Ask your partner/wife to grab some from Google Maps/Earth, places with obvious things like statues or monuments.
