Hope my posts aren't too imposing Confused. We each experience our own thing.
It's getting a lot easier now. Before my body could carry the amount of Light it has, I had to go through major detoxing for years. No, it wasn't a diet I took, but just that the energy caused major detox symptoms. A lot of nausea/vomiting and such, some pretty substantial muscle spasms.
As I am approaching Creator, I believe it is through the 7th subdensity of 3D. I'm picking up spiritual mass (by allowing all that is into myself), and compacting back toward singularity. This shifting of my conscious self into time/space is interesting. It feels fluid, there isn't the same amount of pain when I poke myself or bite on my lip. I go through states of approaching Creator, and then moving back more fully into space/time as I go about my duties in life. This is indeed a "slow" process.
Experience of time disappears. I'm not experiencing it slowing down, but more the sensation of being moved into nowness, or rather timelessness. A couple of nights ago I was pretty tired and my brain sort of hurt from the tiredness. When that part of me began to shift more toward time/space, the tiredness went away and I felt much more energized. It was back and forth, and eventually I went to bed around 4am, something I never do. I'm always in bed by like 10pm at the latest. When I'm hungry and parts of my stomach begin to shift over, the hunger disappears in those moments. But I still end up needing to eat.
Also to note, as I shifted more of my conscious self into time/space, my physical body became unmovable. I couldn't move with the same physical processes because I would suspect some of the nerves and such had shifted. But they always shift back. I reached a point where I had to let go of the notion of gravity and was able to approach Creator a bit further.
So it's a process of nudging toward Creator (our 3D representation of it), and then easing off and coming back, then later moving again toward Creator.
