Nope, positive Ra never said it cause they'd be quite wrong. Had one use a channel opened by a deceased relative, for example. Seemed to be an example of random effect, as I don't consider myself to be a 'contactee' like 'fore' - at least not in the conversational/conventional manner. 4D contact is definitely tangible and noticeable, even though they tend to be in a 'phased-out' state we associate with 'astral'. Also, part of the initiation process is being afraid (at late night). In both cases self is experiencing an aspect of self.
