No, I don't tend to dabble in techniques of that nature. My spiritual work is pretty much strictly silent meditation, the balancing meditation recommended by Ra, and occasionally channeling.
I take Ra's words on kundalini and opening energy centers rather seriously, and it has served me well up to this point. I don't try to activate energy centers for the simple sake of activating them. I allow it to happen through balancing.
That does make me wonder though, if this could be a result of naturally "raising the kundalini" through balancing and activating a new center I have not experienced. Thank you for the suggestion.
