The mysterious nature of time

In one of DC's books she quotes an extraterrestrial saying that humans are the only ones who are measuring something that does not exist - time

Do you have more to share on this, please, Meerie? Sounds very interesting. Is there more to that from the book?

As a matter of fact I do not even recall which book it was. But that sentence stuck in my mind. I do not think they dwelled on the subject of time more than that. And they said that in reality all things are occurring simultaneously, since there is no time.
edit: could have been it was from the "Conversations with Nostradamus":

"One of the strangest revelations that occurred during our work was that Nostradamus declared through everyone I worked with that:...'I was not speaking to the dead when we communicated!!'....He said he was Not A Spirit floating around somewhere. When we communicated I was speaking to him while he was alive living in France in the 1500s, and while he was writing his quatrains. Dolores Cannon established contact with Nostradamus during a regression session with a person who was a disciple of Nostrad. in one of her pastlives. Suddenly Nostradamus "entered" during the regression and DC was able to ask him questions.
