They all have shelters and barns to retreat to, just some of the chicken houses are portable on-pasture houses. It's one of the downsides of having free-roaming chickens. We've secured them really well, but the right gust of wind could do some damage to a barn let alone a portable chicken coop. It's been raining hard for about 4 hours, winds gusting about 45mph...nothing extreme yet, hopefully it won't get much more intense than this. Looking at these conditions all day probably. Seems our worst threat is going to be flooding.
