If you have Cool Edit Pro, with a sample of the audio you can do a frequency analysis to tell you which frequencies are most prevalent.
I've got CEP if you needed me to analyze a sample of the audio if you have it.
I'm not sure if Audacity can do that, but maybe.
I learned the hard way that by default it exports mp3 to 128kbps, which is lower bitrate than my songs.
Haven't researched yet to see how to get it to export at higher bitrate, but I'm sure it's possible.

Also its not changing "440Hz to 432Hz" as every song will have a different pitch for example a song I put in came up the pitch of 87Hz this was written in two boxes both saying the same thing so you change it from 87 to "440 to 432" its a range of frequency.. I tried adding a picture of my screen to clarify but it wont allow me...
