Are you sure? That's pretty basic second-density behavior, and Ra says that second density coexists with fourth.

2nd density was told to be an octave of consciousness with its own polarities. this means, whatever this ecosystem is manifesting, is at a certain point in overall polarity balance. and from what it seems, it seems to be rather on the negative. this is not so different in 3d either, the traits of the 2d in planet seems to be carrying over to 3d.

this concludes that, there are other planets belonging to other logoi that are on the positive side of the spectrum, in other locations.

moreover, this planet's nature was changed before. there were dinosaurs, and the ecosystem was much more vile and rabid. now, it seems quite tame compared to that period. and that change happened quite fast. there is nothing barring that from happening again.
