By Logoi here, Ra means local Logoi, our sun and nearby stars.

Is Ra evolved from the apes too then, and is human looking? Or was investment made only in this planet?

I'm not sure if Ra means that the civilizations descended from apes, or if they simply have the same form as bipedal apes (and we happened to actually descend from them).

But, as far as I understand, the answer to your question is that Ra as well as any other species from some of the neighboring stars, has the form of the bipedal ape because it was chosen by the Logoi to hold 3D entities.
