Oneness, innate and inherently the nature of all things, but we are buried deep within distortions of that Oneness. Is it not a goal to remove those distortions, and to once again realize this Oneness? Is it not a goal to arrive at a place where we are no longer perceiving ourselves as separate from all else?
We can say "all is one" all day long, but at the end of the day, you are still an individual saying that. We can realize the end, but it doesn't eliminate the means.
