I understand what you're saying, Taha, but I'm left with the thought that it may not have been a good idea for me to share so much of what I'm struggling with. I can't even begin to convey how un-heard I feel right now. "Just be in the moment" is simply another version of "just do it". I do appreciate your kind words - and I really mean that - but I'm going to back off from trying to participate on a personal level in a discussion on this topic.

Please don't read my frustration as being aimed toward you; it really isn't.
