Lots of good advice. On the issue of whether to pursue a specific practice or just to pay attention, I'd like to point out this quote from Ra to Jim, which suggests that some people, like Jim, will gravitate towards more regularized discipline while others, like Don and Carla, don't feel the need for such repetition:
