So, would you say meditation is going into the depths of the conscious mind?
I can see this as meditation, but I don't see the yoga position and a quiet lace necessary to do this.
Perhaps I will find these answers in the Q'uo material you linked. I will read it.
Aha! Okay. So I've been meditating all my life basically. In all honesty, all bring4th members have, IMO. Anyone who seeks this stuff is seeking within. Seeking the archetypical mind is what I've been doing since I was 17 and a light went off in me that said I am director of my mind. I don't call it meditation. I call it contemplation on what is. To know your mind. To seek your mind. To be with your mind. Damn! When am I NOT meditating?! Seriously.
I love archetypes! I meditate constantly. I'm that "weird guy who is always 'lost' in thought" and creeps them out when I ask them what they are thinking.
