Zen you seem to have a bet very hard time accepting that the government and miltary doesn't always have your best interest at hand... You seem to decline anything you are told about the government and military lying to you... Saying "so what they are" in on it" just makes me laugh that you can believe that no body can be lying to you or working in secret especially the military of all things... You want proof well I did provide a video link which interviews the son of the man who invented the technology saying that it was capable of weather alteration.. And the military who have now taken it over say oh no its just a research facility... Please wake up your government lies face it stop being so arrogant and blantently ignoring peoples answers because they don't "agree" with your distorted perception of government. I mean no disrespect bit you seem to ignore anything that seems like a conspiracy or that your government is lying to you, face it the the whole world is a conspiracy most leaders these days really only care about money and power..
