Well I called it a conundrum becuase I don't know what it means. It deffinately has some big implications which is why I never forgot, I too have held this idea for a while, probably for the same reason you have?
Just for interesting note, when I was meditating with my throat chakra I ended up with the deepest azure blue, In a 3 dimensional sence, where it got deeper, and brighter as you go to the middle, but still a deeeeeeeeeeep blue. Dark blue, no. Cyan, is probably closer, but I would not call it cyan at all.
An idea that peoples chakras are in different places to one another, if we work upon a spectrum, suppose your throat chakra is an inch lower than mine, making it have more of an inclination to green, your heart, hence the cyan/azure difference for the same chakra.
And also for comparison, my crown chakra is white.
