Heheh... I think a lot of the time, these types of things have to do with the way we carry ourselves - our body language. If you don't put yourself forward in communications, people won't pay attention to you because they're thinking about other things or themselves. I think It can happen if one subconsciously carries the belief that they are unimportant or sending the signal to others that they don't want to engage in interaction.

Maybe being aware of the I AM presence that is within you at all times will help? Feelings of unworthiness, if that is the cause, is a sign of a blocked indigo chakra, according to the Ra material.

I probably wouldn't put too much stock in the higher frequency theory unless it happens at times when you're feeling higher density energies flowing through you! I've found at those times when I'm exceptionally centered, open, and loving that people tend to take notice. That's good, I think, because the purpose of being in that state is to send higher energies into the earth!
