None of the radiation released so far has a long enough half-life or large enough quantity to make it over the ocean.
The people reported as being afflicted with radiation poisoning actually suffered from radiation exposure, which is very different. From what I've read the reports of radiation poisoning were based on an inaccurate translation that failed to note the precise English scientific terminology.
The only remaining threat is that the spent fuel containment facility will run out of water... this is very unlikely but they've noted that the building was on fire. Still, it would take a day or two for the water to boil away giving them lots of time to fight the fires and replenish the cooling pools.
I don't think we'll see any fallout in North America.
