What do you do in your meditations? What is your method?
As for the dizziness.. and saying why it happened, i'd just be guessing.
As one meditates, i think that due to the input from the body decreases, the mind is more open to receiving from the spirit and the more subtle mental phenomena and messages. So it may be a metaphorical indication of spiritual/mental disorientation? Possible since this was the first time.
Do you get what i mean? Do you get the sense were happening just as they entered your experience? How was your sense of sequence and movement?
