I think a good way to expand your time in meditation, is to not treat your meditation as different to your daily round of activities.
If you can bring awareness and mindfulness to your day, you should find it a lot easier to sit when the time comes to meditate.
For instance, be present when you walk, bring attention to the breath occasionally and take a few mindful breaths, become aware of how your mind reacts with thoughts and feelings during the day![Smile Smile](https://www.bring4th.org/forums/images/smilies/smile2.png)
Also, just to add, even 15 minutes is great, but I understand your desire to want to extend this further.
