Interesting. I seem to require more sleep than others I know. If I don't get enough sleep, I am cranky and my cognitive functions are more sluggish. I enjoy sleep, a lot!
It's interesting that other entities don't require sleep to the extent (or at all) that humans do.
The veil is a fixture in all 3D as I understand it (not just here on Earth). And, it's been said that our veil is thicker, more intensive than 'usual.'
This quote caught my attention: "Desires created by intellectual games played in their waking state." I have been highly-reliant upon my brain: rationalizing what goes on within/around me, or trying to find logic to it ... making sense of this existence.
Perhaps these are 'intellectual games.' In retrospect, these are my attempts to predict (control) circumstances: if I understand and 'know' them, I can prevent bad things from happening. I also notice that my intellectual games are often focused on past/future ... not present: replaying things and projecting, in which I have no traction.
Nap time ...
