It is interesting, yet somewhat obvious to the keen mind.
The sleep question I've wondered for a long time, as I've always managed well with little sleep on average. I consider myself extremely well rested after 6 hours of sleep, and can normally function during the day with 5 hours sleep, lately even lower than this (just last night I slept for 4,5 hours and feel alright - not exactly super sharp, but functional). I don't wish to make this a spiritual ego issue but there seems to be a connection with the need of sleep rejuveneration and connection to 'higher realms' during waking hours. This topic is intriguing, and I'm constantly fine tuning my wake-sleep balance to see the connections to my physical and spiritual lives. Sometimes I overshoot and sometimes I undershoot. The balance point is constantly evolving in microscopic and also macroscopic sense. I feel this is important as the more I'm awake the more efficient my time usage/day will be, if I'm able to remain sharp and functional.
