I do crave salty more than other flavors. And, as far as gaining weight, I find that when I am more thoughtful about what I eat, I gain some weight. When I don't pay attention to eating and diet - which I am inclined to do - I lose weight, maybe because I forget to eat. And what brings it to my attention is shakiness (and irritability
). I sometimes don't get to eating until the afternoon. I don't feel hungry. Compared to those I've talked with, I don't seem to have as loudly-calling hunger as others describe. I feel heavy (not weight, just a heaviness) when I eat, and it's mildly uncomfortable. If I eat too much, it's really uncomfortable.
