There does seem to be a random excel file in an apparently hacked random UK gov website. With a post in some random conspiracy website referencing a German institute for the source.
I went to the link they gave as the 'German institute report' for the 'AIDS' claim they made, read the pdf, and I havent seen any freaking thing about any autoimmunity results from vaccine, leave aside freaking AIDS.
