Covid vaccine and personal experiences

Yesterday there was a burdensome conversation about COVID with a younger female being, who is (with her boyfriend) actually quite undeceived about what is going on and has actively refused vaccination for these reasons (so far).

Now she is completely disrupted inside about getting vaccinated and having serious side effects such as severe pain in her arm.
This happened, because she could no longer stand the pressure from her (vaccinated) work colleagues and she feared being thrown out for no reason during the probationary period of her training, as well as not being able to get her driver's license, which was financed by the employment office and having to reimburse the previous costs for it, when it cannot be completed.

So here an obligatory vaccination was indirectly successfully implemented against the explicit free will.
It was extremely difficult to find any comforting words, it was only possible to express the compassion.
