I am doing distilled water fasting 3 days a week now.
it's ok. some people told me I lost some weight, might be true. I am trying to avoid too much physical exercise when fasting, if I had to, then I ate some organic honey by adding it to distilled water, to gain extra energy.
but need to sleep at 8,9pm because the body feel very tired at 8pm. then wake up at 6,7am full of energy following day. i think this is a good thing, i always know stay late is bad for health, but still doing that. now i can stop it.
the whole fasting thing is go back to 'normal' schedule, and our body restore its original full capacity, e.g. stronger immune system.
on 3rd day, I am occasionally ate some organic honey by adding that to distilled water, to gain some energy. maybe I will stop that someday.

in my case, I'm following (part of) Marina Jacobi's teaching on detox, including distilled water fasting. she always say we need to do either of two things
1) connect with you higher/inner self, let it guide you the fasting , detox process
or
2) doctor supervision, constant do medical checkup, make sure body is functioning normally.
