One of the best ways of warding off anyone who doesn't have your best interests in mind is challenging them in the name of the one Infinite Creator, as Carla did before she allowed herself as channel. Feel the pain and suffering this entity is trying to send your way and transmute it into loving and illuminating energy, they will reject it and leave you alone.
