I think the situation you describe is fairly common among spiritual seekers. The lower energy centers aren't quite as glamorous as the higher ones so people often try to skip ahead which can lead to imbalance. I can share my views on the lower energy centers, but I feel everyone should come to their own understanding regarding their energetic system.
The red-ray/root chakra is all about having your basic needs for survival met, making sure you have a comfortable place to live, healthy food to eat, water to drink and air to breathe, as well as familial bonds to draw support from. Unless those needs can be met in a satisfactory manner it will be hard to work on the higher centers. This is a fairly generalized list of needs as different people can find comfort in different situations and I think one who has crystalized this center will be at ease in most situations and draw to them the things they need to survive (wandering sages who have nothing of their own but receive food and shelter from strangers as needed as though by chance), but I think for most that reassurance that we can meet our needs is enough.
For the orange-ray/sacral chakra the work of balancing involves the relationship of self to self. It's important to get to know yourself, what bring you pleasure, what is healthy for you physically and psychologically as well as what is unhealthy, what brings you feelings of accomplishment, etc. For me when I feel unbalanced here I do things that bring me back to a state of peace within myself like going for a hike, taking a hot bath, writing something or eating a good meal. I have to be careful with orange-ray energy because it can be tempting to indulge in things that bring some pleasure but aren't helpful like spending all day in my underwear playing videogames![Tongue Tongue](https://www.bring4th.org/forums/images/smilies/tounge.png)
The yellow-ray/solar plexus chakra is one that I find brings the most difficulty (especially wanderer types). Ra gives a succinct answer on how to balance this energy center:
But that might be easier said than done in this confused and confusing world. I think a good start is to have a social group that you engage with. Ra also mentions in another query things like team sports and even driving a car as activities that would offer catalyst to help develop this energy center. I think the crux of this work is engaging and being involved in the world around you.
There is also a variety of types of energy work that is helpful in maintaining the flow of energy through your energetic body and the energy centers, but unless you are consistent in using the catalyst offered to you by the universe blockages will keep coming back.
There's my thoughts on this topic, if they don't align with your own understanding then please disregard

Quote:102.11 Questioner: Now, is there— the two areas then that the instrument can look to for curing this problem… I understand that the yellow-ray blockage problem has completely repaired, shall I say. If this is not correct, could you make suggestions on that, please?
Ra: I am Ra. Each entity must, in order to completely unblock yellow ray, love all which are in relationship to it, with hope only of the other-selves’ joy, peace, and comfort.
