Look at life with a more realistic/physical perspective. You are a teenager, your hormones is turbocharged, the things you described are actually common with teens... masturbation, sexual drive, and mood swings.
I suggest you looking into traditional medicines and psychology first, and realize that you are actually "normal."
Also, learn about your physical body and mind. People on this forum tends to "float" into the "sky" when the thread start going further and further.... But when everyone gives it a break and get off their computers... We all realize we are bunch of nerds, and we still gotta go poo poo and pee pee, we sleep, eat, and drink water.... Then get right back into all these spiritual and philosophical talks again.
Don't worry about that right now, just do you, and when you have "some" life experience in this lifetime... maybe in your mid twenties or late twenties.. Then touch base with all the woo woo stuff. (not crazy, just you know? spiritual)
This doesn't mean you can't start now with spirituality and chakra and all that jazz..... Just understand that there is a very "real" reality you are in.... if you get a boo boo, you go to the doctor.... not burning incense or wearing crystals.... If you get a cut, you treat it with first aid... if you stink, you take a shower.... etc. etc.
You get the idea..
These are the simple things you are looking for.
