I take the time to clear my energy -- say a prayer, light a candle, even burn a little cedar (it also can clear energy like sage). Then I energetically set a protective bubble around me. I feel very safe and protected going in. My guides are around me and holding my hand through this.
I did the second orientation last night and had similar success.
I'm feeling a lot more grounded lately, less up in the air and swept up in my own uncontrollable fantasy. Now I am taking control and feeling a thrilling exhilaration.
SF, thanks for the reminder to check in with my self. I am constantly reaching in and out for help from wherever it may come. Always asking in the light and love of the one true Creator.
