We are still within a 3D experience, just that we are also experiencing a mixture of 4D energies at this time.

Exactly, if the veil was fully lifted and we were truly/completely in 4d, then Wanderers would essentially be gods right now, although there is certainly more and more manifestations happening. This realm has not finished being played out yet, it's pretty much demonstrable.

Edit: I'll note that some may be interpreting the term veil a bit differently, I'm using it in the practical/metaphysical sense.
