This period spanned maybe 20 years alone. He simply did not publish until he had a 'system of theory' that allowed the deductive, or axiomatic approach. Many readers criticize Larson for not including any info on this inductive work, becaused they feel it would've helped them understand the thought process supporting some of his conclusions. Larson was keenly aware of the customary method of explanation, but felt his purely deductive approach was ideal.
