You are welcome to stay with me, brother. =)
I don't care much about politics, but here in Sweden we are learnt that much of that social security that is one of the best in the world, we own to post-war social democratic party, that was lead among others by Olof Palme (who got assassinated). The most impact was done by Per Albin Hansson who made an idea, or vision in 1928, of Sweden becoming a People's Home.

I love to live here, and wouldn't like to move anywhere (well, accept Caribbean Islands - selfish?)
. The only thing that I can complain about is actually the sun. Even during the summer (nights are very light during that period) sun seem to be some kind of pale and not warm enough. Once I did one of those stupid tests on FB called something like "Where should you live" or something like that, and it came up with "Golden Coast, Australia" LOL. Sunlight and warmth is the only things here that bothers me.
Regarding harmoniuos social interactions - I can only agree. I don't know if that has anything to do with us working harder than people in the other countries though. I don't think so. I think it has to do with our government a lot, that was lead a long time by social democratic party, who introduced high taxes so we could take care of each other regardless the individual income, ie concept of social responsibility. Sweden is also one of the countries in the developed world that received the most immigrants. I remember that one swedish mayor, Anders Lago, made quite some noice when he adressed US congress by declaring that his little town in Sweden receives more immigrants from Iraq than US and Canada together. And we didn't even start that war. We are bit proud of him.![BigSmile BigSmile](https://www.bring4th.org/forums/images/smilies/happywide.png)
