Although the employees are the ones who've done some of those deeds, the company is as much responsible, I had to stop watching because it became apparent that the business usess the same tactics of blaming and punishing the employees to protect themselevs and act like it's not them and that they care. They stated, as a animal cruetly-free company that the male veales are not going for slaugther and that they are raised together, in the video released it was seen as an obvious lie. They're kept in mud and feces in a cage barely fit for their size, babies marked with heated steel. Who's to blame for that, the employee? Come on. It is not something uncommon, this is the truth throughout nearly all animal industries. It is a profit, to them, there is no place for compassion in profit. There is no profit if you don't take the baby from its mother, there is no profit if you raise the male veal, this is insanity, cruel, very, very cruel.
