Since I realize I posted too much information that can trigger Cognitive Dissonance filters in your brain, basically putting me into "he's nuts" category...I'll just post one advice.
Cod liver oil pills.
or any fish oil pills. Peoples who live in oceanic areas typically have great teeth.
Go to either small locally owned pharmacy or organic store, ask for assistance. They are usually cheap enough to eat 1 or to a day for the rest of your life.
You'll thank me later in another life.
