When I remember that the moment contains love, I remember that we are all God. Collectively, you, me, the computer you're looking at, and everything that surrounds us is God/Love/Life. I try to remember as often as possible during the downs (as in ups and downs) of life this idea, because by doing this I help myself become more stable, centered, focused, clear, cool, calm, and collected. So even if I'm in a situation that I'd normally feel fear, guilt, shame, indecisiveness, embarassment, depression, paranoia, or anything else like that, by remembering that the moment contains love, I help myself through the catalyst/situation.
I can't say that I actually follow this exercise that Ra's provided to the T though... I just wrote it down so that I could try it out in the day to day rather than only when I'm down.
