The times of initiation, one encouraging thing to remember is that if you stick with it no matter how tough it can be then there is such potential for incredible growth. If not on a conscious level then definitely on a subsconsious level, an thus can reveal some great gifts of awareness in upcoming meditations or even just day to day life, like being a child and getting a suprise birthday present
