Sometimes when Ive had aches and pains I just make dietary adjustments and it always works, acid forming foods can cause the body alot of issues and often times occurs slowly.
Sometimes just eliminate certain foods, other times eat way less and then occasionally if its severe I just do a water fast of 1 day or longer and rest alot and do nothing.
