Ra is of 6d. In their density "the polarities are harmonized". I don't think this means a mixing of positive and negative polarity (that would result in mixed orientation or confusion) but unity of compassion and wisdom - a compassionate wisdom or wise compassion.

Right. It never made sense to me either that there was any mixing of polarities in mid 6D. Negative path is that which is not, as Ra called it, and needs to be abandoned before achieving Higher Self in mid 6D. Sixth density is the density of unity, so there is no separation there.
