In my opinion anyone dual activated on the Earth would be 3d/4d. I do think it possible that in 4d, with the correct situation, that you could be 4d/5d activated. However I got the feeling that this was a "newer" phenomena, and subject to Earth.

Though I could see that this mechanism could be the way every society or peoples, make the transition, at least bodily, into the next dimension.
