This is the first I've heard of black goo. If this goop really does consistently interact between separated volumes of itself, then why not get a good video of it? It would be truly groundbreaking to see two lumps of inert matter intelligently interacting.

Once they are together, I'd imagine you cant separate them, since it's hazardous to interact with it. We could only do so by frequencies and controlling its environment or by biological interface, and the biological interface is definitely not an option. An independant German laboratory collected the sample size that we see in the video over a long period of time from chemtrail rainwater. It's dangerous to interact with, and dangerous to release footage of because it could get you flagged to be taken down by Illuminati. I know MI5 is apparently very active in Germany, where Harald is located.
